Help and who to contact.
Information, help and support for Parents
We are always here to help.
There may be a variety of reasons for you wishing to contact us. The information below should help you to work out who to contact about different issues and how to get in touch with them.
Concerns or queries around your child’s relationships in school, progress or the curriculum should, in the first instance, be directed to your child’s class teacher.
If this is difficult or you wish to speak to another member of staff please contact the Key Stage leader.
Should you consider that your concerns are more serious or have not been fully resolved please contact the Head or Deputy Head.
It is not always possible for staff and parents to speak at the start or end of the school day so please contact us to make an appointment. Any e-mails for Staff can be sent to the office and will be forwarded. For a less formal chat ring the office and the relevant staff member can call you back.
We can also offer help and advice for Parents on a variety of issues.
For information about Parenting support or pupil welfare contact Mr Mansell or Ms Wrigley.
Alternatively contact Lee Dearnley our Parent Support Advisor based at Ormiston, 01733 236830.
There is a wide variety of information for parents in the Foyer covering Healthcare, Parenting Support, Childcare, Financial advice and lots more. Come in and have a browse!
